The business analyst will be required to:
- Address escalated issues promptly, documenting resolutions.
- Administer, monitor, and maintain enterprise systems.
- Engage in incident, problem, change, and knowledge management.
- Develop user training materials when needed.
- Transition workload to internal teams, ensuring adherence to procedures.
- Provide instruction and document work procedures.
- Conduct quality assurance on service transitions.
- Consult stakeholders and document business/system requirements as necessary.
